Cell Register classifies the automated assets on a pasted list against a published dictionary and computes, from the columns pasted, the zone class and target security level, the connectivity, remote access and behaviour of each asset and the days since it last changed, then names findings and quotes the obligations the ticked regimes attach, saying who each binds. It is arithmetic on your own lines and a quotation of the obligation. It is not legal advice, an engineering opinion, a safety assessment, a determination that any machine satisfies or falls short of any standard or regulation, a rating of any vendor, or a recommendation to buy, keep or retire any equipment. The safety standards it names per class are named only and never quoted. Your engineers, your safety function, your counsel and your integrator decide what the regimes and the standards require of you.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The clause text and evidence guidance quoted behind the obligations are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own engineering and compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The dictionary of machine classes, the zone table and the obligation table are ours.
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
